Winter Solstice Saturday Practice
Winter Solstice: Embracing the Darkness and Welcoming the Light. Short Journaling or Guided Meditations. Practice 2: Sound
We are in the Winter Solstice window. This weekend I’m offering some practices to assist with the movement of energy.
Friday’s Practice (For Paid Members)
Saturday’s Journaling Practice (Free)
These long nights and short days lean us towards reflection by inviting us to journey inward, embracing the stillness, reflection, and quiet wisdom that only the dark can offer.
Darkness in the west is often vilified to the point that people become afraid of the dark. However, the black of a winter’s sky contains every color in the universe. We can’t always see the colors because we don’t have the scope of vision or perspective that would allow us to see infinitely. We need telescopes and cameras to assist with that.
Or do we?
When you drop into the inky blackness of a winter’s night through meditation, all colors and type of light become known. From this knowing, you can choose what light energy and which color energy to focus on bringing into your life for the next seasonal cycle. This is where the immense potential for personal transformation comes from. And, you get to do this every year!
Infinite potential. 🥳
Enjoy your nighttime meditation this evening!
