How to Use this Waning Gibbous Moon
The Waning Gibbous Moon phase is ideal for making space for new beginnings. I offer you an intuition ceremony.
Hi there,
The Waning Gibbous Moon is about making space for new beginnings. What new beginnings are you looking forward to?
Over the past few moon newsletters, I’ve been sending information about working with the moon phases and how they impact our flow with the intention of bringing understanding to the cycles of our emotional bandwidth and behaviors.
Tracking your experience of the phases will teach you:
When to focus your energy on creative projects
When you’ll likely need more down time to stay in balance
When you might feel a bit out of sorts - hello full moon!
How to plan your schedule so that you’ll be more in flow
When to let go of the “shoulds” around getting things done
I invite you to try out tracking your flow for a cycle or two to see whether or not you consistently experience similar energy. For example, you are awash in creative ideas during the waxing gibbous moon.
As each one of us is different, these posts are guides to help you track your energy, emotions, and behavior over time so that you are using lunar energy to your advantage rather than struggling against it.

Although you can jump in to track yourself at any point in the moon phases, the flow of the lunar cycle is as follows:
Dark Days (when the moon is dark 1.5-3 days depending on your elliptical latitude, New Moon occurs in this time period)
New Moon
1st Quarter Moon
Full Moon
Waning (fading) Gibbous Moon
2nd Quarter Moon
Repeat

This part of the cycle lasts about 5 days.
March 26-31
